We want your shopping experience with Arkana to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping Information

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–3 working days after payment is received.
Made-to-order or pre-order items may take a little longer — we’ll always let you know estimated times before you buy.

During busy periods (like launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll keep you updated if there’s any delay.

UK Shipping

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail or another trusted courier.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

  • Tracked options are available at checkout.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

We’re happy to ship worldwide!
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Europe: approx. 5–10 working days

  • Rest of world: approx. 7–14 working days

International parcels are shipped via tracked services wherever possible.

Please note:

  • Customs or import duties may apply in your country — these charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at explore.arkana@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll help track it down and sort things quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange most items.

Returns Policy

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, email us at explore.arkana@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With tags and packaging intact

  • Returned within the return window

Once we receive your item and check it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for it to show up in your account (depending on your payment provider).

Return Shipping

  • You’re responsible for the cost of return postage (unless the item is faulty).

  • We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t refund items lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please contact us before returning your parcel so we can reserve the replacement for you.

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Unless, of course, they’re faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We check everything carefully before shipping, but if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
